Longevity MedicineDevices

The hardware layer of longevity medicine — hypoxic training systems, rebreathers, mobile cabinets and transportable units — specified, sourced and integrated so that protocols can actually be delivered.

The approach

Hardware in service of protocol

Most device companies build a machine and then look for indications. We work the other way round: the protocol defines what the device must do, and the device is specified, sourced or developed against that requirement.

The core modality is controlled oxygen modulation — intermittent hypoxic and hypoxic-hyperoxic training, delivered through systems ranging from clinical installations to portable rebreather units. Around that sit diagnostics, recovery and environmental control hardware.

Because every component is substitutable within the blueprint, procurement is deliberately deferred: when the market offers better cost or performance, the component changes without the specification changing.

Longevity Suitcase — portable protocol delivery for travel and remote use

What the hardware layer covers

01

Hypoxic training systems

IHHT and IHT installations for clinical and residential deployment, with telemetry and protocol control.

02

Rebreathers

Portable closed-circuit units bringing controlled oxygen modulation outside the clinic.

03

Mobile cabinet and suitcase

Self-contained units for constrained spaces, travel and remote delivery.

04

Vehicles and transportation

Delivery infrastructure that brings the protocol to the patient.

No device enters the system without a protocol requirement it was specified against. That is the discipline that distinguishes this from equipment procurement.

Manufacture at scale

Economical and widely accessible

The objective is not a premium device for a small market. It is economical, widely-accessible gas modulation technology that can be manufactured at national scale.

That constraint shapes every specification decision: standard components where possible, substitutable parts throughout, and a design that does not depend on a single supplier.

Standard components where the performance requirement allows
No single-supplier dependency anywhere in the specification
National-scale manufacture as a design constraint, not an aspiration
Fitted modular interior with equipment and services
Fitted interior — equipment wall-fixed, services routed inside the envelope, quality-checked at manufacture.
How to get involved

Four ways to work with us

Partner

Development and property partners

Integrate the system into a development, retrofit or hospitality asset. We supply the blueprint, the specification and delivery support.

Collaborate

Clinical and scientific partners

Protocol development, validation cohorts and published evidence across the deployed estate.

Supply

Manufacturers and suppliers

Supply components into the specification. Every element is substitutable, so procurement stays open.

Invest

Investors

Enter at project level or across the portfolio, with defined control gates and measured outcomes.
